Marine Sustainability Consultant & Ambassador

Three women standing in front of a research poster at a scientific conference, all wearing black shirts with a small orange logo, each with conference lanyards and badges, smiling at the camera.

With a Master’s in Marine Biology & Oceanography and applied experience in marine research and conservation — including projects in Cambodia, Wales and the Maldives — I support ocean-based organisations in strengthening sustainability performance and embedding science-led environmental practices. My work focuses on operational improvements, behaviour change, and practical frameworks that turn sustainability goals into measurable action.

As Sustainability Community Manager for Grand Yacht Crew, I lead initiatives that empower yacht crew globally to adopt ocean-positive practices and drive responsible seamanship across the industry. Through actionable guidance on waste, provisioning, wildlife practices and onboard culture, I help crews and operators build systems that protect the ocean while enhancing guest experience and operational integrity.
